Stockholm to Copenhagen

Nothing much to report today, except that we took the train from Stockholm to Copenhagen. There were some “technical issues” which caused us to stop for about 40 minutes, but when we were going the high-speed train seemed to reach around 180 km/h. Stockholm Central Station looks quite swish compared to our old Spencer Street Station.

As we travelled we saw piles of snow on the intermediate railway stations.

The hotel is quite nice, rather dimly lit as seems to be the custom, and those massive wooden beams you see below just clear the top of my head by an inch or so.
